**What you will be working on**
- Assist and drive IT strategic planning (annual and medium term) for the organisation.
- Develop, assist and support financial portfolio for IT, capex & opex budget planning and tracking of IT cost.
- Assist and govern IT projects, portfolio planning process and procedures, including assisting business users and project team with their project planning.
- Coordinate ministry family digitalization planning for the organization, and with parent ministry.
- Facilitate implementation and coordination of Whole of Government IT policies within the organisation and across agencies.
- Assist in the implementation of appropriate IT governance, compliance & audit, framework, best practices and standards in the organisation.
- Assist and coordinate IT risk management and monitoring programmes.
- Assist in strategic workforce transformation planning in the IT division.
- Develop and maintain professional competency and training needs for IT staff.
- Facilitate information polls, responses and sharing with other government agencies.

**What we are looking for**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT or equivalent
- Experience in any of the following will be an advantage
i. IT strategic planning
ii. IT project planning & management
iii. IT governance and policy
iv. IT budget planning and management
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Open mind and able to challenge assumptions
- Performance-driven, full of enthusiasm, capable of working independently or as a team, have a high level of initiative and integrity
- Willingness to learn new and unique work areas
