**Job Title: Inventory Assistant**

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a friendly and reliable Inventory Assistant to join our team. As a highly reputable player in the industry, we hire based on integrity and aptitude. In this role, you will assist to assist the inventory team with picking orders and ensuring the accuracy of our inventory by doing continual checking and ensure the integrity of the system.

**Job Location & Hours**:We operate from 2pm - 10pm on Mondays to Fridays, 12pm - 10pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays. Full-time and part-time positions available, flexible schedule. A minimum commitment of three shifts a week (6-hours per shift) is required. Our work location is at 215 Bedok North St 1, #02-85, S460215, a short walk from Bedok MRT.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick and prepare daily customer orders for shipment with accuracy and care.
- Assist the Store Manager with organizing and maintaining the trading card inventory.
- Perform routine inventory checks and help resolve stock discrepancies.
- Accurately enter and update inventory data using our custom inventory system.
- Keep inventory and storage areas clean, orderly, and well-organized.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient inventory flow.
