Traffic Engineer

**Salary**:$3.5K - $5K Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 1 years experience as traffic / highway engineer
- Working knowledge of International / Singapore highway design standards
- Knowledge of BCA/LTA and other Authority requirements and approval process in Singapore
- Knowledge of LTA/ PUB construction sequence

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake schematic concept design (horizontal and vertical alignment) of temporary traffic diversion scheme to suit construction scheme and sequence
- Review and submit various traffic related submission for TM, 1CRI, IR, Safety directorate, etc. prepared by consultant
- Design and review traffic control plan and traffic impact assessment in compliance with LTA CDC, SDRE, Code of Practice for street work and authority requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, approving agencies, etc. for purposes of deliverable submission and obtaining approvals
- Planning, scheduling and managing of all aspect of traffic work
- Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site
- Coordinate with LTA relevant authorities such as ITSO, ITSC, CFSM, BOPs, etc. for purpose of obtaining information and approvals
- Attend site coordination and site inspection meetings as required by agencies / term contractor / subcon
