Provide/ monitor/ control through administrative direction to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
- Perform overall quality control of the work
- Establish rapport and communicate with contractor and company management; resolve issues and problems that involve both cost and time implications
- Management of project diplomatically to protect company’s interest
- Assist in coordination of a safety program and a quality control program.
- Coordinate, guide and supervise technical operations of project management staff/team.
- Provide overall directions/proposals for site operational matters, methodologies, pre and post project management, site expenditures, cost controls, material procurements/submission, sub-contracting scheduling and staffing.
- To resolve and update issues which may cause impact to budgetary/compliances and liaise closely with contract department.
- Appraisal of site staff/workmen on managing of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge in building construction and services
- Knowledge in architectural detailing
- Construction and project management
- Liaise with consultant, architect, authorities & clients, and authority submission
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Perform site due diligence
- Preferbly with RTO license

**Company background**
Started in Property Management 8 years ago and moved into Asset Management & Acquisition since 2020. Madly raising for AUM - target is $100mil. Strength of the company lies in creative rentability & space planning strategies & its ability to improve cap rate and hence value of properties. Have a couple of projects under our belt. Mainly focused on Singapore properties for now.
