Singapore ASIA PROJECTS ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing, including but not limited to income tax filing and clearance, CPF submission, statutory claims reimbursement (eg. NS-MUP claims, maternity, paternity and childcare leave claims, etc) and payroll audits.
- Responsible for calculation of overtime payment and processing of claims.
- Responsible for preparation of payroll reports and reconciliation of payroll data provided by relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
- Responsible for MOM surveys and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Assist in payroll projects such as process streamlining and payroll system upgrading.
- Support the administration of annual pay review, employee survey and HR statistics.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration preferably
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll.
- Experience of processing of more than 400 headcounts.
- Conversant with Singapore Employment Act, payroll regulations and best practices.
- Experience in using payroll software like TIMES SOFTWARE.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work with people across different level in the organization.
- Meticulous, conscientious in handling confidential information, and organized.
- Excellent team player and able to work well under pressure and independently and within tight deadlines.
