The job responsibilities of the individual include but not limited to:

- Perform cash, securities, net asset value and derivative positions reconciliation against counterparty or custodian records
- Review and follow-up on reconciliation discrepancies with counterparties and custodians
- Perform back office system and front office system reconciliation
- Generate and prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc valuation reports for internal and external clients
- Review semi-annual and annual reports to unitholders
- Attending to queries from internal and external parties
- Assist in projects undertaken by the Team
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
- Any other administrative matters

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree holder in relevant field
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Good understanding of investment instruments
- Good analytical skills with a process improvement mindset
- Independent and able to provide solutions and deliver results under pressure
- Meticulous individual with strong follow up and multi-task skills
