**- In-charge of daily on-site operations and work closely with Operations and Leasing team pertaining to building management and operational matters
- Attend to residents' queries and request promptly and ensure day to day operations are well executed and above standards
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned to vendors for new and operating properties and ensuring standards are met
- Learn and oversee buildings to ensure compliance of Fire & Life Safety
- Proactive with ideas on how to improve overall operations workflow, improve residents' experience and services
- Review feedback of customer satisfaction and ensure Zendesk tickets from residents' are answered adequately and promptly

**Requirements**:

- **5-day work week (must be able to work on weekends/public holidays)**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytic and good problem solver
- Team player and able to multitask
