Singapore LANDSPECT SG PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct supervision of building works in accordance with the Building Control Act, under the direction of the appointed Qualified Person (QP), while maintaining full accountability to the QP.
- Oversee Architectural, Civil & Structural (C&S), and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, and acceptable workmanship standards.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site acceptance tests and inspections.
- Monitor work execution to ensure safety, quality, and proper housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including test records, defect rectifications, inspections, work progress, material testing, and safety reports.
- Enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental measures, initiating corrective actions where necessary.
- Assist QP & Client in addressing residents’ feedback and requests.
- Perform any additional duties as specified in the project contract.
- To monitor and ensure compliance with road lane closure requirements as stipulated by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).

**Requirements**:

- Accredited Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES.
- Min 5 years of site supervision experience in Singapore, particularly in Architectural, C&S, and M&E for LTA & HDB projects.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Rotation shift & Night shift may need to work as per project requiremet.
- Willing to travel island-wide to various project sites as required.
