**Main purposes are to**:

- Deliver effective financial support to the Operations FP&A manager and the Finance Director in periodic closing & analyzing the COGS structure by plant and by SKU, and the ocean freight costs from the different plants in the world to the different worldwide markets.
- Provide insightful forecast and monthly performance analysis to facilitate understanding and decision making by the senior management.
- Maximize efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce COGS and freight costs through close collaboration with other functional teams both internally and externally

**This includes the following elements**:

- Responsible for Month-end closing of Global COGS for review by Operations FP&A Manager
- Assist in monthly financial analysis and business performance reporting
- Monitor, analyse and track budget vs. actual performance of the various lines of business and support centres with a view of expense management
- Preparation of monthly cash purchase summary per various currencies vs hedge rate
- Assist in the development and implementation of tools, systems, and processes to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecasts
- Liaise with other stakeholders for audit matters
- Other ad-hoc accounting projects or duties as and when assigned
- Systems database maintenance
- SAP Master Data maintenance for Vendor/Customer creation
- SAP Master Data maintenance of Product cost and Intercompany Prices
- Follow up on Prices for New SKU
- Follow up on Price Changes for Product & Freight Cost
- Ensure that the various reporting systems and source data are accurate and reconciled

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognized degree in Business/Accountancy/Finance
- At least 3 years of working experience in FP&A role in MNCs
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Must be meticulous and have an analytical mind
- Able to handle numerous time critical assignments simultaneously
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent Microsoft Excel and Power point skills
- SAP and Power BI knowledge would be an advantage
