**Team Leadership & Site Oversight**:Lead onsite teams and manage contractors to ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery through structured scheduling, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
- **Safety & Compliance**:Champion a culture of safety by enforcing protocols, managing incident reporting, and ensuring environmental standards, security systems, and committee oversight are maintained.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure projects adhere to approved drawings and specifications, supervise inspections and defect management, and guide quality benchmarks including CONQUAS and Green Marks score achievements.
- **Client & Consultant Engagement**:Understand client objectives, foster smooth collaboration with consultants, and resolve outstanding items through proactive site coordination and progress reporting.
- **Project Planning & Execution**:Oversee short-range programmes, coordinate timely delivery of materials and long-lead items, manage inspections, and ensure contract demonstrations and QA/QC processes are conducted with accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Science
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically with major A&A works and ERSS/piling projects
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and project coordination
- Familiarity with CONQUAS/GM scoring systems is a plus
