Job Description & Responsibilities
- Perform on-site meter installation, meter replacement and meter removal of electricity meters at customers’ premises
- Perform customer engagement activities prior and after metering work to ensure customer satisfaction with the activity
- In the event of power supply issues post metering work, perform 1st level troubleshooting to ensure mínimal disruption to customer.
- Manage issuance, collection and transportation of electricity meters
- Be able to engage in a professional manner with customers, contractors and Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) in the course of performing the metering activity
- Perform contract management work ie. plan and schedule metering activity for contractors and ensure contractors execute the work as plan on site via by performing on-site supervision contractors
- Diagnose errors related to metering work and determine proper solutions
- Perform investigation and report of incidences related to metering installation
- Assist the supervisors in tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements & Skillset
- Possess background in electrical discipline; hands-on experience would be an advantage
- Possess positive learning attitude and excellent customer service mindset
- Is able to commit to perform work after office hours and/or public holidays when required
- Experience in customer service / field support roles would be an advantage
- Possession of mínimal Class 3 driving license would be an advantage with no past records of gross traffic offences
