Description

Entail in conducting, advisory and overseeing trademark clearances and all aspects of the filing and prosecution

Must be familiar with contentious matters ie trademark oppositions, revocations, invalidations and also provide opinions and support in relation to infringement actions.

**Qualifications**:
Min. 5 years PQE or qualified trademark attorney in a Commonwealth country or US

trademark portfolios and relevant private practice in Singapore highly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and other languages

Starting salary from $9,000 to $12,000/month
