**Job Description:
1. Supervise Modeler / Technical Co-ordinator / Architect and prepare drawings for Architectural project.
2. Ensure drawings are produced according to Company's BIM standard and adhere to office BIM procedure.
3. Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.
4. Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.
5. Report regularly to BIM Lead / Engineer on the progress of work.
6. Ensure all exported information are recorded in the correct directory.
7. Experience in detail design documentation, compliances to authorities, BIM execution plan and standards
8. Experience in large projects and work with multi-disciplinary team.

**Requirements:
**1. Degree/Diploma in Architecture or other relevant discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
3. Proficient in Revit (BIM), Naviswork, AutoCad and familiar with Authority submission process and procedure.
4. Able to do detailing and tender documentation drawings.

5. Involvement in building project with team of modellers, architects and engineers.
6. Experience in online conference and meetings
7. Experience in document control and communications platforms for frsi and technical coordination.
