**Basic Training**
- To learn to be Responsible & take ownership of Project matters
- To learn different types of Lumber Species and their usage
- On the job training in the Project Site Department to understand the operation workflow

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To Supervise, inspect, coordinate and control all work activities
- Involved in workers’ deployment, monitoring project progress and schedule
- Coordinate and work closely with Salesperson and the Project Owners and its representatives, eg. Architect, Main Contractor & Sub-contractor to meet project expectations, schedule, deadline etc
- Ensure that all operations are carried out safely
- Monitor and verify materials for timely planning & delivery with HQ/Supplier
- Assist with daily paperwork (Permit to Work, Toolbox Meeting & Daily Work Checklist) and request procurement of materials
- Organize and safely keep all records
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Leadership, initiative, team-player and self-discipline is a must
- Able to work under construction/renovation sites
- Willingness to work overtime and long hours when needed
- PC literate
- Relevant experience will be an added advantage but not necessary
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
