1 "Prepare Latest Cost Forecast & Monitor Cost Increase in terms of Potential Change Orders to determine Latest Contract Value"

2 "Prepare and issue to the Contractor Request For Quotations, Change Orders & Variation Orders"

3 "Understanding of contractual terms and conditions, including Bill of quantities"

4 "Ability to interpret mechanical Material Take Off and Measurements."
