On behalf of the hiring company, we seek suitable personnel to join them as Lift Tester.

**Summary**

As a Lift Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of lift systems in Singapore. You will conduct thorough inspections, tests, and certifications to guarantee that lifts meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of lifts and lift components, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- **Testing**: Perform various tests to assess the functionality and safety of lifts, such as load tests, brake tests, and emergency stop tests.
- **Certifications**: Issue certifications and reports based on inspection and test results, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Maintenance**: Provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal lift performance and longevity.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and troubleshoot lift malfunctions, identifying and addressing root causes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with Singapore's lift safety regulations and industry standards.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
- Certification in lift inspection and testing (e.g., Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lift testing. Strong knowledge of lift systems, components, and operations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
