As an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care and guidance to women throughout their reproductive and gynaecological journey. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests, to evaluate women’s reproductive health.
- Providing prenatal care to pregnant women, monitoring foetal development, conducting ultrasounds, and managing high-risk pregnancies.
- Performing deliveries and assisting in caesarean sections, ensuring the safety and well-being of both the mother and baby.
- Diagnosing and treating various gynaecological conditions and disorders, such as menstrual irregularities, pelvic pain, endometriosis, and reproductive system cancers.
- Performing surgical procedures, including mínimally invasive surgeries, hysterectomies, myomectomies, and laparoscopies, with precision and expertise.
- Conducting routine gynaecological examinations, including Pap smears, breast examinations, and screenings for sexually transmitted infections.
- Counselling and educating patients on contraceptive methods, family planning, and menopause management.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including fertility specialists, urogynaecology’s, and oncologists, to provide comprehensive and multidisciplinary care to patients.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Medical degree from a recognised institution.
- Specialist registration or eligibility with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) as an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist.
- Extensive experience in providing obstetric and gynaecological care, including prenatal care, deliveries, and surgical interventions.
- Proficiency in conducting gynaecological examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and performing surgical procedures.
- Strong knowledge of reproductive health, obstetrics, gynaecological disorders, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care and build rapport with patients.
- Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynaecology through continuous medical education.
