**Your Impact:**:To support the Asset Management team in day to day operations such as:

- Rent roll management, lease review, quarterly valuation review, bi-annual budgeting, asset plan, and reporting to key stakeholders
- Management of operating expenses to maximise NOI
- Exposure to core and value-add assets in Singapore and Hong Kong markets
- Involvement in ESG initiatives such as building enhancements and prop tech implementations
- Assist with Asset Audit
- Assist with other projects where required

**Your Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, gives attention to details and adept with financial modelling
- Exposure to Argus or Voyanta would be a plus
