**About the Team**:
**Monthly Reporting and Submission**
- Oversee the monthly reporting submission process (including budget and headcount planning) and coordinate with the local FP&A team to ensure timely submission and report consolidation
- Consolidate regional data and prepare detailed financial reports
- Work with multiple stakeholders to follow up and manage the queries regarding each submission (based on variance analysis)

**Financial Reconciliation and Reporting**
- Coordinate with the local FP&A and regional finance team to lead the monthly reconciliation process and prepare the reporting deliverables
- Assist regional finance team for queries related monthly financial performance of the business and variance/gap analysis
- Partner closely with regional finance and regional BI teams on the review and verification of group R&D expense allocations to ensure accurate and correct cost allocation to the business
- Collaborate with local FP&A and regional teams on the review and corresponding reporting deliverables of other group level shared expenses (e.g. facility expenses incurred in each office) to ensure accurate and correct allocation of cost

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, financial reconciliation, or financial reporting (internship experience considered) preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and variances
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
