We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be on-site.

**(Senior) Production Specialist (Assembly)**

**Overview**
Performs production, inspection work, sets up machines, troubleshooting and support engineering in new start up or work improvement projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Handles production tasks and ensure daily target and quality are achieved to meet production schedules.
- Operates machine and equipment supporting Optics production.
- Handle cobot stations where required by the process.
- Update process data into system for process monitoring.
- Makes suggestions to improve the quality of workmanship standards.
- Maintains good housekeeping, correct usage of Personal Protective
- Equipment provided and comply with company safety rules and regulations.
- Comply and adhere to company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Secondary education - In-House On-Job Training will be provided.
- ITE in related fields (e.g. Control and Automation, Mechatronic, Precision Engineering, Maintenance Engineering).
- Preferably with exposure in manual assembly / optics manufacturing environment
- Language proficiency in English.
