Flash Coffee is expanding across Singapore We are launching outlets island-wide and we're looking for highly motivated, customer centric PT Barista to join our team. Join us now if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with good hyped up music, with a fun & young team

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparing and serving all products, including espresso based and other drinks, giving individualized attention towards each customer
- Take on shift duties and responsibilities for the cashier
- Maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness at all times
- Working in accordance to manager's and boss' instructions
- Supporting with inventory management, ordering & in-store operations
- Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas
- Clean/sanitise work areas, utensils, or equipment
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions
- Rotation of shifts to different outlets when rostered by Operations Manager

**Requirements**:

- Immediate starters would be a plus
- Able to work at least 3 days per week
- Able to converse in English
- FnB / retail / hotel / service / barista / bartender / airline industry welcome
- No experience welcome too (especially if you love coffee)
- Able to perform well during high-volume peak hours
- Agile, energetic & team player
- Charismatic and enthusiastic in meeting new people and forging client relationships
