
Customer Service Officer

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Established good working relationship with customer
- Processing of PO, price and lead-time validation
- Order entry, re-scheduling, planning and monitoring of delivery schedule
- Communicate with customer on orders and delivery
- Co-ordinate with production and overseas factories for on time order fulfillment
- Preparing of delivery documents and arrangement for delivery logistic
- Purchasing and communicating with Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery for incoming shipment
- Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods supply flow
- Co-ordinate monthly stock-taking, check, consolidate and tally up various stockroom inventory
- Practice good inventory management
- Promote Team building
**_Requirements: _**
- Min. ITE Nitec or GCE "O" level.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- At least 1 year experience.
- Passionate and a team player.
- Working Location: Tuas (5mins from Tuas Crescent MRT)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
