**Job Summary**:
As an AI Lead, you will spearhead our efforts in the productionization of our secure synthetic data engine platform. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving all challenges associated with scaling, optimizing, and securely deploying our AI-driven products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership in AI and Software Development**:Act as the primary lead for both the AI research and software development teams. Oversee the integration of AI technologies with software development practices to ensure seamless production and deployment of the synthetic data engine platform.
- **Team Management**:Supervise and mentor a team of 2-3 members, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. Conduct regular team meetings, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- **Problem-Solving and Innovation**:Address complex challenges related to scalability, security, efficiency, and robustness of the AI platform. Innovate and implement solutions that enhance the performance and capabilities of our synthetic data engine.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments, such as product management, sales, and customer support, to align AI initiatives with company goals and customer needs. Facilitate a culture of open communication and teamwork across different functional areas.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:Ensure the synthetic data platform meets quality standards and complies with data privacy and security regulations. Implement rigorous testing and validation processes.
- **Research and Development**:Stay abreast of emerging trends and advances in AI, machine learning, and synthetic data. Lead research initiatives to explore new technologies and methodologies that can be integrated into our products.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to internal stakeholders, including management and other department leads. Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.
- **Resource Management**:Efficiently manage resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to maximize productivity and innovation within the team.
- **Customer Engagement**:Occasionally engage with key customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into the development of AI solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on synthetic data generation and management.
- Proven track record in productionizing AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of data privacy and security principles.
