**Purpose**:
To lead and supervise a team of EICT Designers to provide designs and drawings related to discipline of the assigned projects including supervising Engineering Contractors within contractual requirements to deliver detailed modeling, designs, and drawings meeting schedule and project requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads and supervise a team of Designers to provide designs and drawings related to discipline of the assigned projects. To Provide the Engineering Design within schedule and cost. Planning skills Technical knowledge.
- To support lead in resolving EICT design queries from various yards within schedule and timely manner.. To Avoid delay in construction schedule. QA/QC Technical.
- To attend the meetings with Engineering Contractors to do detailed modelling, designs and drawings based on the basic designs/drawings. To ensure all the Subcontractors design and deliverables as per our company guidelines.
- Train, guide and share the knowledge to EICT designers. Implement and train the designers to ensure accuracy of deliverables.
- Check all the drawings quality before sending to site and confirm all of the drawings are extracted from MODEL or Aveva Instrumentation or Electrical. To ensure the quality of deliverables as per QA/QC Guidelines.
- Quite frequently, functions concurrently as the Design Coordinator for a project or relevant discipline. Avoid the clash issue in engineering design and avoid rework.
- A3D Model Review. ttend all the Model Review and provide the feedback to Engineering Sub Contractor to implement. To ensure correctness of the design deliverables and avoid the modification and rework at site during last phase of construction.
- Review and suggest improvements and implement all the approved previous project lesson learn in the design. To improve the design and minimize construction modification at last stage of project. To lead and supervise a team of Designers to provide designs and drawings related to discipline of the assigned projects. This includes getting Engineering Contractors to do detailed modeling, designs and drawings to support the relevant discipline.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecom and Mechanical Engineering
- Must have at least 10 years of experience
- Knowledge with Micorsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Aveva Electrical, Aveva Instrumentation, E3D and Navisworks Familiarity of EICT Designpractices in FPSO/FSO or other Oil & Gas facilities (Offshore project experience preferred)
