- Manisha Doogar- Recruiter Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking to hire a smart Data Architect/Modeler who will play a pivotal role in designing the vision and blueprint of the organization’s data framework. Working as a core member of the Data & AI team, the incumbent will contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the firm's proprietary cloud-native Data & AI platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, define, and implement data architecture, data modeling, and design standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end data solutions, ensuring the adoption of best practices, strategies, and standards within the Cloud-native data platform.
- Collaborate with data architects and database developers/administrators to design conceptual data models, logical data models, and data flows.
- Lead and supervise a small team, covering as required.
- Consult with stakeholders/auditors to assess implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, efficiency, and optimization.
- Collaborate with data engineers, IT, business users, and vendors to evaluate data changes and provide efficient and optimized solutions.
- Document work and new procedures for interpretation and replication by other colleagues.
- Deliver consistent, accurate, and high-quality work while communicating findings and insights clearly.

**Requirements**:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native data-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of the asset management sector and its ecosystem.
- Experience in data modeling (star schema - fact and dimension modeling) and documenting/implementing source-to-target transformations.
- Familiarity with various modeling tools (Erwin/SQLDBM/Others).
- Understanding of normalization and data modeling techniques (star/snowflake/data vault).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Databricks, with the ability to read and translate code into data solutions.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure Cloud services (preferred).
