The existing portfolio covers a wide range of Technology companies that are accessing local, regional and global markets, including GoTo, Halodoc, Tradegecko, Whispir, FinAccel, Pluang, Biofourmis and more, for more information please visit us at [ Link removed ] This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who has prior experience in investor relations and fundraising in PE/VC, placement agents or other related areasResponsibilities: Developing relationships with new and existing investors and converting interest into commitments Liaising and managing relationships with investors on investment strategies, fund performance, reporting requirements Tracking and monitoring outstanding requests and ensuring that all deliverables are completed in a timely manner Preparing marketing materials, presentations and financial analysis for investors Assisting investors throughout their due diligence, subscription processes Working with the investment team to produce investor reports and maintain investment related data Supporting investor co-investment processes Working closely with Openspace Partners on marketing strategy, investor outreach and pitchingSkills/ Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business/Finance or related field, with 5 to 7 years experience in investor relations role within a PE/VC, placement agent or related areas Attention to detail, thorough & organized Strong financial and analytical skills Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Strong presentation and story-telling capabilities Thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task Resourceful
