Land Surveyor

**Job Descriptions**:

- Analyze and interpret survey data to ensure compliance with project requirements using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD.
- Be responsible for on-site in-house data processing and operation, ensuring proper maintenance of surveying instrumentation (e.g., Total Station, leveling instruments, GPS).
- Measure and record precise distances, angles, and elevations of land features.
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate land measurements for design and construction purposes.
- Conduct site inspections from time to time as part of project quality control.
- Identify potential boundary disputes and ensure accuracy in property demarcation.
- Use CAD software to draft survey maps and plans.
- Ensure that all surveying activities comply with legal and safety regulations.
- Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the proper functioning of surveying equipment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying instruments/software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of land laws and surveying regulations in Singapore.
- Ability to work outdoors and at different project sites.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in measurements and documentation.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
