**Position Summary**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **FX dealer, Corporate Treasury **based in **Singapore **to work in a truly global environment to manage the hedging activities as central FX portfolio, thereby managing Swap and FX book across currencies and tenors by effectively dealing with 40+banks. The role will report to the Head of Treasury based in Singapore.

**What you will do**:
**Hedge Book Management**:

- Independently manage the Group’s central FX hedge book by pricing internal deals for the businesses and then executing deals with external banks.
- Constantly monitor open positions and proactively cover positions to minimize slippages.
- Effectively manage FX swap portfolio for G-5 currencies and emerging market currencies (across Africa and Asia)
- Should have the ability to understand and price derivative structures (zero cost options, accumulators, IRS, CCS) in Bloomberg/Reuters to assist businesses in managing their FX exposures
- Ensure daily regularization of cash flows and FX roll overs in SAP
- Coordinate with the market compliance team for statutory FX reporting

**Monthly Book Closing and Operations**:

- Ensure timely blotter entries for all executed trades
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations to ensure all positions are accurately captured
- To ensure mid-office has reconciled all trades with banks
- To ensure that timely SAP book closure without any pending open items / deviations

**Business Support & Advisory Services**:

- Share key market developments / updates with the business / finance teams
- Assist the business teams in formulating and executing hedging strategies/structures with the help of external banks to enhance hedge effectiveness

**SAP TRM System Implementation**:

- Lead the SAPTRM implementation for FX & derivative products (accumulators, options, CCS) working with the internal IT / finance teams and the external SAPTRM Vendor
- Work with SAP TRM vendors / IT teams to enhance the effectiveness of FX reporting

**Risk Management**:

- Ensure full compliance / adherence to internal policies and operational procedures
- Manage all FX hedge limits / swap positions within pre-approved limits

**People and Process**:

- Provide guidance, support and technical expertise on processes related to Global Markets and SAP TRM system to team members and shared service teams across the Treasury function
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and facilitate the development & understanding of the Treasury team for FX related matters
- Further enhance the FX internal control processes in line with changing policies / market conditions

**Who we are looking for**:

- Treasury and/ or master’s qualifications (ACT/CA/MBA/CFA)
- An experienced professional with extensive Global Markets expertise in an international corporate environment or a reputable bank
- Demonstrable experience of managing Global FX and Derivatives portfolio to price and manage markets risk related to Currency and Interest rates
- Demonstrable experience of negotiating term sheet, facilities and ISDA related documentations
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams as well as independently
- Experience in trading tools and platforms like EIKON, Bloomberg, FXALL, 360T, BARX
- Ability to manage the FX markets desk across time-zones by coordinating with colleagues across other regions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
