Founders Doc is a Southeast Asian legal-tech startup that provides legal support for fast growing early-stage companies and ambitious founders between their pre-seed and Series C stages in Southeast Asia. With cutting-edge tools, Founders Doc aims to reimagine how lawyers support startups.

With the team, junior lawyers will be primarily responsible for drafting and proofreading legal documents and commercial contracts. From time to time, junior lawyers may also be involved in creating publications and materials to educate founders and early-stage companies on various legal processes startups go through, and assisting with the growth of the company by assisting with website development, legal-tech products, and providing feedback and enhancements.

In your time with Founders Doc, we can provide you with a fast-paced and dynamic environment to learn and grow. You can expect to be exposed to the fast-growing startup scene in Southeast Asia as well as different aspects of corporate law.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
