**Key Responsibilities**
- Create various types of drawings such as shop, detail, coordination, and as-built using AutoCAD and BIM (Building Information Modelling) systems.
- Assist with project costings, providing estimates for quotes, and preparing tender documents.
- Maintain effective communication and a good working relationship with colleagues and subcontractors.
- Support office operations by updating data, records, and drawings for IMS (Integrated Management System) adherence.
- Report to the Operations Manager, and in their absence, to other designated officers.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

- A diploma or degree in engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AutoCAD and BIM.
- Certification in BIM Modelling (MEP Track).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
