**The Mandate**
We’re working on behalf of a well-established financial institution in Singapore to appoint a senior audit professional with a strong background in capital markets. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and is ready to challenge the status quo within audit functions.

You’ll be embedded within a team that acts as the independent voice overseeing trading and treasury functions across the region. Beyond compliance, this is about insight—translating control observations into strategic conversations.

**Your Role at a Glance**
- Take the lead in evaluating key market-facing functions: trading desks, structuring, sales, and ALM
- Review and stress-test control processes spanning risk management, product control, and operations
- Bring a forward-looking perspective to audit planning—anticipating shifts in markets and regulations
- Distill complex findings into meaningful reports that drive action and accountability at senior levels
- Collaborate on cross-border assignments with international teams—sharing insights and approaches
- Champion the use of data and automation to evolve audit methodologies

**What Sets You Apart**
- Deep experience (8+ years) in internal audit, risk, or control roles related to Global Markets
- Strong technical grasp of treasury products, market risk concepts, and Singapore’s regulatory landscape
- Practical knowledge of platforms like Murex, or similar front-to-back systems, is desirable
- Data-curious: comfortable using tools like SAS or QlikSense to augment audit delivery
- Skilled communicator with the presence to influence stakeholders across functions and borders
- Professional qualifications (CIA, CA, CPA, CFA) are advantageous, but not essential
