**Office Cleaner Job Description**:
1. Perform general cleaning tasks in office areas, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning windows.

2. Empty trash cans.

3. Clean and sanitize restroom areas, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.

4. Ensure all areas are presentable and ready for use.

5. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

6. Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner.

7. Collaborate with other cleaning staff to efficiently complete tasks.

8. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with office staff and visitors.

**Construction Site Cleaner Job Description**:
1. Clean and maintain construction sites, including removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials

2. Sweep, mop, or use power equipment to clean floors.

3. Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, break areas, and other specified spaces.

4. Dispose of construction waste safely and accurately.

5. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear, such as gloves and hard hats.

6. Assist with setup and cleanup for construction activities as needed.

7. Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the construction site.

8. Report any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

9. Collaborate with other construction site staff to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements:

- Ability to perform tasks that involve physical labor and outdoor work.
- Punctuality and dependability are essential.
- Familiar with SG routes
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and completing tasks.

5. Carry out the duties arranged by the supervisor and perform duties diligently in accordance with the instructions.
- Any other duties and tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor in the area.
- Flexibility working time, need work at public holiday, weekend and overtime.

**Remuneration Package**
- Gross Salary : up to $1,800
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
