Housekeeping Manager

**Primarily**:
- **Rooms & Public Area Housekeeping**:
- Participate in weekly housekeeping discussions, room assignments, linens, and laundry arrangements implement best practices and upkeep the room cleaning standards. Inspect rooms cleaned by Room Attendant and ensure rooms are cleaned to the hotel specifications; follow up on corrections.
- Complete the daily hotel/toilet checklist, and assist in planter box maintenance, to ensure the hotel meets the stringent hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Implement a schedule for deep cleaning quarterly. Complete all closing duties, including but not limited to, reviewing the status of assignments, follow-up actions, etc.
- Inspect supply levels, cleanliness, and organization of floor pantry as well as housekeeping carts for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness, and mechanical problems.
- Supervisor - Housekeeping - Provide supervision, direction, and leadership to the housekeeping team member on all shifts, working closely with the reporting manager.
- Room Attendant - Housekeeping (Ad-Hoc)
- Maintain the public and general areas
- Report any maintenance-related issues to the reporting managers.
**Secondary**:
- **Property & Preventative Maintenance**:
- Inspection is to be carried on regularly to ensure it meets safety standards, and arrange for routine maintenance in the hotel. Plan and oversee any refurbishment or construction work. Inspect rooms, corridors, staircase, and pantry, ensuring that the cleanliness and conditions of each area meet designated standards. Contact respective personnel to relay deficiencies to be corrected.
- Assisting the reporting manager in developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. Plan and schedule for repairments, update to hotel health card.
- Assisting in implementing monthly/quarterly A/C maintenance schedule, record, and report if defects arise.
- Oversee pest management and fire alarm maintenance.
