**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forge close client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, which should result in increased dollar value per client and referrals to other clients
- Leverage our partners’ resources and innovate our integrated capabilities, while continuing to leverage our heritage in earned media.
- Build a winning culture to attract and retain the right diverse talent to drive the agency’s continual transformation.
- Understand client requirements and provide strategic counsel to key management.
- Prepare a range of communication collateral, from bylines to press releases to crafting smart pitches, that communicate the company’s positioning and strategies effectively.
- Organise a range of events, both in-person and virtual, on behalf of our clients across the region.Co-lead with existing senior management in establishing strategies that support overall growth and business development for the PR & digital practice.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, preferably in public relations, journalism, or corporate communications.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop close partnerships with decision-makers within client organizations.
- Ability to perform effectively under time constraints and provide counsel to clients.
- Maintains a positive outlook and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
