**Job Description**:
Position Summary

VROL is Visa's Global Dispute Management System - a mandated service that is crucial to the Visa brand promise of providing secure and reliable payment services by ensuring that cardholders, merchants, and issuing financial institutions have a clear dispute process and enabling technology, making resolution of disputed transactions fast and easy. As part of the VROL Test Engineering team in the Network Processing organization, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing test automation solutions, development, implementation, maintenance and support of tools and automation framework. You will be a pivotal technical leader within the team to ensure the continued development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement scalable automation solutions - create conceptual documents with a focus on improving test automation coverage
- Participate in Agile methodology and work with Scrum Teams
- Collaborate with the Development, QA, and Ops to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues
- Establish and maintain a structured testing methodology, especially around automation.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology disciplines with strong fundamentals in software engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of years of Software Development or equivalent Test Automation Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- 7+ years of Software Development or equivalent Test Automation experience
- 5+ years of experience with automation tools like Selenium, Java, TestNG, Postman and Appium
- Strong API (SOAP/REST) & UI Automation, Integration testing
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#
- Ability to write clear and concise automation scripts in Selenium and Java
- Experience in working on complex automation frameworks (Hybrid frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of database query tools like DB2, MySQL and ability to write and run complex SQL queries for data validation
- Experience in executing basic Linux commands and review log files on server
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins
- Experience in Tools development is a plus
- Ability to Use and Obtain SME knowledge base to define and communicate writing test cases, test plans, and/or test strategies
- Experience working in Agile methodology
