**Location**: Student's home at **126C Edgedale Plains, S823126Lesson Duration Options**:

- **Option 1**: 2 hours, once a week
- **Option 2**: 1 hour, twice a week

**Student's Availability**:

- **Monday**: 3:30 - 5:30 PM
- **Thursday**: 3:30 - 5:30 PM
- **Friday**: 3:30 - 5:30 PM

**Teachers to indicate which available time slots they can commit to when applying.**(Final schedule will be confirmed upon passing the interview.)

**About the Assignment**

We are looking for a patient and engaging Chinese tutor to support a Primary 3 student in **word recognition and comprehension**. A structured **lesson flow and objectives** will be provided during the **mandatory observation session**before taking over the assignment.

**Progressive Pay Rate**:

- **$20 - $35/hour** (1-to-1 session)
- Pay rate increases based on lesson execution, engagement, and parent feedback
- Performance-based incentives available

**Optional Additional Assignment Nearby**

**Location**: 15-minute walk from first assignment (**181 Edgefield Plains**)**Schedule**: Every **Friday, 5:45 - 6:30 PM** (45-minute session)**Focus**: Play-based Chinese learning

No academic pressure, as the student is not taking Chinese exams in school

**Teachers needs to be engaging and flexible**,

Teachers who take on the **Primary 3 tutoring** assignment can **consider taking both** or opt for either one.
