**Associate Consultant - Policy Support
**_Job scope _**

**_What to expect _**

1. Support mystery-shopping checks on digital services, conducted either by in-house team, or out-sourced supplier(s).

2. Conduct polls, collate and analyse data/results, and present findings/recommendations for enhancements to policies and standards

3. Review usability checklists, test plans and analyse usability test results, in relation to prevailing digital services policies and standards and also industry trends.

4. Track and report compliance status of digital services in accordance to prevailing policies and standards.

5. Provide policy support by administering queries, assessing waiver requests for related policies and standards.

6. Arrange and provide staff support for meetings or focus groups to facilitate communications to agencies on policies/standards, and compliance follow-up by agencies.

7. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Division, such as conducting background research, collating data, analysis, documentation and preparation of presentations to support decision making.

**_How to Succeed _**
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ ICT or related digital experience in ICT system design and implementation, including usability design and testing.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Proficient with the skills to clean and prepare data and perform analysis, create useful and interactive visualisations and dashboards for presentations using at least Microsoft Excel, and also **Tableau **software.
- Proven ability to synthesise lots of information and distil it into meaningful data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (besides Excel, also: Power Point, Word, Outlook).
- Exhibit strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound recommendations and decisions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Takes initiative, resourceful and is a good team-player.
