**Product Listing**:
**Brief Overview**:
The team works with business and regulatory units on regulatory assessments, including effectiveness of existing rules, and solutions for new product initiatives.
**Learning Objectives**:
- The intern will be exposed to the regulatory assessment process for new product initiatives, which includes analysing different product structures, identifying the problem, researching on precedents, jurisdictional comparisons, engaging with stakeholders, etc.
- Assist in research for practices in other jurisdictions
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Monitor product issuers’ ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
**Knowledge and Skills requirements**:
- Must be able to distil key points for voluminous information
- Understanding of stock markets, securities products or derivatives
- Attention to detail
- Resourceful and able to work independently as required
