**Responsibilities**:
Assist and support the Golf Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Golf Department. Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:
- Plan and organize Club golfing activities such as competitions, social events, workshops, and clinics, etc
- Assist in the administration of SGA/SLGA related golf events held in the Club
- Manage Handicapping procedures based on SGA guidelines
- Assist with Rules Workshops and Courtesy Round
- Assist in the administration of corporate events
- Manage reciprocal, affiliation bookings and Committees/VIP weekly reserved flights
- Manage the administration of Seletar Junior Programme and Junior tournaments
- Assist with SGA Interclub League (ICL) selections and facilitate Seletar Teams’ training and competition matters
- Ensure the smooth operations of appointed driving range and pro-shop vendor and ensure golf facilities are in good working condition
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes relating to golfing
- Prepare reports for golf rounds, statistics, revenue, golf course related incidents, etc
- Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
- 6 days work per week
**Qualifications**:
- Preferably Diploma or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- GCE ‘O’ level with years of relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel & Power Point
- Proficient in English spoken, reading & written
- Customer Service Oriented
- Experience in Golf operations, administration and events will have an added advantage
Staff transport available at Khatib and Seng Kang.
**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
