- Position Title**:MIS Engineer / Infrastructure Systems Engineer**:

- Working Location: Geylang (Walking Distance from Paya Lebar MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, plan, manage, and maintain all M365 existing and future services, including but not limited to Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other products such as Visio and Project
- Handle all aspects of the administration, including procurement, management, and assignment of licenses, verification of billing
- Liaise with Microsoft for submission, tracking, and resolution of M365 support issues
- Liaise with reseller for all required services and requests
- Lead, manage, and support all office IT-related matters
- Manage the overall lifecycle of all office IT-related products and services
- Maintain and manage a list of approved and authorized suppliers and service providers for required services and product
- Handle all activities throughout the entire lifecycle, including raising purchase request, selection of vendor, procurement, registering of asset in inventory, preparation and allocation of services/products to users, renewal of necessary subscriptions/services, and finally, decommissioning of services and products
- Lead, design, configure, and manage all network-related issues, for both within-office and within-data centres requirements
- Setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting network equipment
- Support HR onboarding and offboarding processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar MIS role
- Experience in managing M365 for enterprise, with M365 Certified Fundamentals and M365 Certified Administrator Export certifications
- Experience in supporting office endpoint devices, particularly laptops, for both Windows-based and Mac-based laptops
- Experience in managing office environment and data centre network requirements
