**Responsibilities**:

Our Client is a leading shopping mall group in Singapore, and are looking for talents to be a part of their growing team Position: Shopping Mall Concierge (Part-Time) Location: PLQ Mall Work Arrangements: - $12 per hour (weekly salary payout) - Minimum commitment of 3 days per week - 3-mths contract - Service Excellence training will be provided Your Scope of Work as a Shopping Mall Concierge: - Handle general enquires over the concierge or via incoming call - Provide directional assistance to shoppers when necessary - Handle all redemption, ensuring inventories & Counter stocks are tallies in CRM - Track all lost and found item reported at the concierge - Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks received - Liaising with service team on facilities maintenance - Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirement: - Relevant working experience in customer service / receptionist - A good team player who possesses a cheerful personality and love challenges - Good communication skills and problem-solving skills - Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Experience in handling Point of Sales (POS) system is an advantage Thank you for your interest but only shortlisted applicants will be notified for a video interview.
