Assistant Manager, Aio

**Responsibilities**:
- Data Preparation & Validation;
- Data Interpretation and communication (drawing insights from data, writing reports and communicating with relevant stakeholders); and
- Overall Project Management (track of timeline, scope and deadline)
**Requirements**:
- Possess strong statistical and analytical skills to provide consultative support in visualising, preparing and managing variety of clinical and operation (internal and external) data analysis projects;
- Interpret data and analyse results to uncover gaps, derive insights, and provide feedback to align programmes;
- Prepare reports and dashboard presentations in a clear and actionable manner for various for key stakeholders;
- Possess some knowledge of health IT;
- Experienced with project management;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Collaborate effectively with diverse groups to lead an inter functional, department and organization level data analytics projects; and
- Provide consulting and advice for challenging and often a unique or complex analytic problems.
- Analyzing data to support improvement in quality and cost of care within NUHS through each Value Driven Outcome (VDO) or Analytics Projects undertaken
- Reporting and articulation of data insights, dashboards and presentations lead to effective management decision-making on Value Driven Outcome (VDO) programme strategies and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Project delivery within timeline with acceptable quality
