**About the Team**:
- We support new business models by developing new platforms and functions to improve operational efficiency by deep diving into process and content understanding. Our team collaborates with various regional and local departments to manage processes and policies and design scalable solutions to create impact.- Work with other regional teams to develop structured systems to understand video content.
- Collaborate with local teams to improve the quality of content understanding.
- Develop dashboard to track the quality of content understanding and systematically identify problematic labellings.
- Design and review operational processes to drive productivity improvements in content management.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in data processing using MS excel is a must, python or sql coding will be a plus.
- Interested in designing operational processes and systems.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (required) or Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border collaborations and communications.
