**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate each child's unique therapeutic needs through assessment.
- Collaboration with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that promote children's participation in activities of daily living, optimize their performance, and improve their skillsets.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic practices to address sensory-motor, cognitive, and social-emotional challenges.
- Monitor and document children's progress, adapting treatment plans to meet evolving needs and goals.
- Utilize a variety of treatment techniques to engage children and facilitate hands-on learning and skill development.
- Provide consultation and education to family members, carers, and educational staff to support therapeutic goals at home and at school.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest occupational therapy practices and incorporate them into treatment strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that empowers children and their families.
