**Job Title**:Procurement Executive

**Salary**:$3300- $3800

**Position**:Full-time

**Job Scope**:

- Coordinate the complete procurement process with the procurement team
- Maintain documentation in compliance with company SOP
- Manages properly all open PO and future demand forecast from existing suppliers & sub-contractors
- Participate effectively in RFQ process, vendor negotiations and project costing
- Liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Identify and order the required materials, negotiate to improve delivery dates and competitive pricing, payment terms, incoterms and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfil customer orders
- Assist production planner and procurement in expediting and de-expediting tasks
- Receiving shipments of materials, and examining deliveries to ensure accurate quantities, quality, and specifications
- Examining job cost reports for inconsistencies, such as mischarges
- Meeting and collaborating with management to assess reliability of suppliers and vendors, and to identify solutions for ongoing problems
- Performs supplier performance review with the guidance of Senior Procurement
- Following established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures
- Assessment of raw materials, bought out parts against current orders and forecast demand
- Facilitating the flow of materials between various departments and parties
- Provide a response for the materials required, delivery schedule, negotiate pricing, shipment terms and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfil customer orders
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement while adhering to client requirements and proper procurement practices
- Performing clerical duties, and maintaining accurate records and files of activities
- Manage deadlines and ensure appropriate communication is provided to relevant parties when schedule conflicts arise

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent in related field
- 5+ years of previous industry experience
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office including training with vendor and database software
- Strong negotiation skills
- Leadership Experience
- Team work
- Problem-solving and decision making skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing to learn new things
- Able to work weekends when necessary
