As a Sales Executive at Mind Connect Consulting Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. **Responsibilities**
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and research
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our services
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our system

**Requirements and skills**

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficient in English

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
