**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the key interface between R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers, ensuring alignment across all stages of development.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure ease of assembly and high-yield performance, incorporating the use of assembly and test fixtures.
- Ensure design decisions support future sustaining and maintenance activities.
- Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and testing equipment to support industrialization.
- Maintain proper documentation aligned with Design and Manufacturing QMS requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish and manage QMS-compliant workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product development environment.
- Proficient in Design for Excellence concepts.
- Experience with tools such as **DOORS, JAMA**, and **SAP**.
- Background in highly regulated industries preferred.
- Preferably holds experience or education in Electrical Engineering.
- Skilled in 3D CAD software (e.g. **SolidWorks**) or Electrical CAD systems (e.g. **Altium Designer**).
