**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for delivery of requested items by housekeeping and AYS according to standards and procedures of hotel.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver items to the guest rooms according to hotel standard (see attachment)
- Clear room service trays in the corridors on the guest floors.
- Ensure fill out housekeeping runner report accurately
- Assist room attendant to empty linen bin
- Collect guest laundry when linen runner is off duty.
- Stock bottled water in the pantry.
- Relief office administrator for lunch or dinner
- Follow key control procedures and return in good condition at end of each shift.
- Reports any suspicious characters on guest floors.
- Assists with evacuation in emergency situation e.g. fire.
- Carry out, within associate’s capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum O levels education.
- No experience is required.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests' and co-workers'.
- A great team player.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
