This position is required to develop and excute ICT and digital solution business growth strategy in ASEAN countries, in collaboration with Hitachi group companies and business units in Japan. As a regional headquarter, Hitachi Asia Singapore will contibute to the business expansion of overall Hitachi group companies in ASEAN and accelerate the collaborative activities by creating group synergy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the business growth strategy by closely comuunicating with business units in Japan and group companies in ASEAN

Incubate and cultivate new business opportunities in collaboration with group companies and business units in Japan

Understand the market landscape and each group companies' capability to build GTM strategy from mid
- to long-term perspective

Explore and the business opportunities of ICT/digital solution offerings in ASEAN

Prepare for necessary report on the business and market status for the management to make proper and timely decision making.

Analyze the business progress and P&L status to create the action plans to achieve the budget goal.

Manage and support the local members in neighboring countires, to explore the project opportunities for business growth.

Make budget plan and the proper goal setting by aligning the strategy of each business unit.

Challenges

Collaboration among many stakeholders in ASEAN and Japan with different interests need to be managed well, in order to promote one Hitachi group activities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelors Degree and above

Over 15 years of business strategy development related experience.

Experience in working with ASEAN countries.

Basic business operations and IT related technology knowledge

Good Inter-personal and teamwork skills.
