JERA Global Markets (JERAGM) is a leading utility-backed seaborne energy trader specialising in LNG, Coal and Freight with a platform to trade across all key markets worldwide. JERAGM is a joint venture between majority shareholder JERA Inc. (JERA) and EDF Trading.

JERAGM operates one of the largest seaborne energy portfolios in the world which gives the Company an in-depth understanding of the way local, regional and international energy markets behave. These insights enable the Company to help customers increase security of supply, optimise their portfolios and improve the risk management of their assets.

The commercial hub of the Company is in Singapore, with offices located in Japan (Tokyo), the UK (London) and the US (Baltimore).

DESIGNATION : Data Visualisation Analyst, SG (Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Scope**:
Under this contract term, you will be jointly attached to the HR and IT departments and will have the opportunity to take on the following responsibilities:

- Use the Power Platform software (or other alternative platform proposed if suitable) to build a program for the visualisation of the career pathways available to employees at JERAGM. The platform should have a user friendly interface and enables the ease of maintenance by the HR team.
- Create effective data visualisation by transforming data into a presentable format.
- Build data models and assist in the setting up of an analytics database, dashboards and other analytical tools.
- Analyse people data and identify actionable insights, e.g., recruitment trend, attrition and other demographics data to help drive recruitment, diversity, inclusion, engagement, performance, and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Qualification and experience required**:

- Graduates with or undergraduates pursuing qualifications in Data Analytics, Informatics or equivalent
- Proficient in statistics and analysing large datasets in Excel Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to derive meaning and logical connections from various datasets

- Creative problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) to draft reports and presentation
- Willingness to understand the drivers behind people’s decisions and actions
- Data analytics skills
- Analytical and methodical in the organisation, management and documentation of data
- Ability to understand and break down business problems, into smaller manageable tasks
- Willingness to learn
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

OTHER INFORMATION

This is a 6-month contract role.
